Walter handled everything and had a buyer for our houses in a matter of days. We were renting the houses out so he had to notify and work with the tenants for showings and other issues. He handled all the repairs (and there were a lot). He worked with everyone in such a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend him and his team, you can let a 1 or 2 negative Nancy's go against everyone else's word. But like the old saying goes you cant make everyone happy. I'd buy a house, or sell anytime with Sanford Surrounded!!!!
