What's the STORY behind the Sale?
This was a past client who we helped sell a home and buy this one a couple years ago. They really want to build a custom home, so they decided to sell again and rent for a year. We helped them price this one right at the top of what we thought it could appraise for and it appraised perfectly while in escrow. They’re now in their rental and going to be moving into the build process soon!
