What's the STORY behind the Sale?

An out-of-state investor client contacted us because he had purchased a HUD foreclosure property and wanted to renovate and sell it. We worked out a deal with him to handle the renovation and helped him to a full remodel of this property while we handled scheduling contractors for him and making sure that the work was completed. Like most jobs with contractors, it was not without delays or surprises, but we helped him navigate those and get the job done. The property got a ton of interest the first week and we went under contract without a hiccup. The investor was thrilled that they were able to do a Fix and Flip, completely out of state, and was very happy with the results.
