He started off as a single real estate agent and one of the highest producing single agents in the area, but it quickly became evident that to provide the level of service his clients deserved, he would need a team of specialists: someone to handle marketing, someone to handle administration, someone to handle showings, listings, etc. Because of this, Sanford Surrounded was born and now all Sanford Surrounded clients get to benefit from a team approach that delivers far more than any single agent could.
