How long does it take to buy a home?

How fast do you want to do it?? That's really the question. We've got great lenders that can get you clear to close in as fast as 10 days sometimes. You might have to pay a rush appraisal fee to get that done and get all your docs in ASAP, but it can be done. On most transactions though, if you haven't even started, don't have a pre-approval etc, you're going to want to plan for 30-60 days to buy a home. We'll do it fast if you need to though!
